Playing Barbarossa, I think I´ve found a bug. It concerns to stay at sea rules as described in RAC 13.4.

To verify it: when "stay at sea" phase begins, just click on "next phase" button, withtout doing anything else. At the start of the subsequent "return to [naval] base", click again in the "next phase" button, with no other action.

Doing so, all your ships will stay at sea, remaining in the same section they were. You can so avoid the needing of move them into the next lower section of the sea box.

It works for allied and axis side, in Baltic and Black Sea, for every turn and all type of ships and number of section.

Sorry about my poor english. This is from Spain.

This doesn't sound right since all units remaining at sea - except CPs - must by the rules, go down one sea box or return to base if in the zero box.

In another thread (Monthly report, opened by PaxMondo) I've found several mentions to the bug that I described.
Maybe that's the reason of the poor response to my post; it's a well-known, tolerated bug.
Thank you for your answer, paulderynck.

I can't recreate this bug, using your saved game. If I press the "end of phase" button (without doing anything else) during the Stay at Sea phase, I can't press the same button during the Return to base phase (it's non functional). So I don't know exactly what kind of bug you are talking about...

I think I need some more information.

In my case, it's functional, Centuur. In fact, I've continued the game and there's no change.
Thank you.

I get the same result as Centuur using your saved game.

Perhaps it is because you are using version 2.1.4.0? But I thought that bug was fixed several months ago. There is a Hot Patch for version 2.2.3.0 available.

Ooops...

I have version 2.1.4

I use to check the automatic updater, and that's all I do in this matter.

Shannon, you talk me about 2.2.3.0 but, at members area, I only see available 2.2.1.0 (22 April 2016). Thst's the one?

Thank you very much, Shannon, Centuur and Paulderynck, for your time

It is available as a "hot patch" here: http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=4087045&mpage=1

Make a back-up copy of your MWiF.EXE (just in case), download the hot patch, unzip it, and put it in your World in Flames folder.

Thank you, Paul.

Now I see a thread about the hot patch in the forum.

I's a shame I can't be up to date with this huge game. I just can play it, and not as much as I'd like.
