I agree, and I would also like to have HE rounds having some - limited - effect on AFVs. I don't expect to kill an IS-2m with a 75mm infantry gun, but a T-60 would be another matter... @ happyloaf: As a rule of thumb, specialised weapons will have a very limited ammo not dedicated to their primary purpose. Anti-tank weapons - e.g. AT Guns, M10 GMC, JgPz IV, Marder - will have few HE rounds, Infantry support weapons (e.g. Inf/Art Guns, early Pz IV, StuG III B, M8 HMC) will have few AP or HEAT rounds. This is especially true for vehicles having limited ammo supply on board. Don't waste ammo on low-probability shots, as it is very probable you only will be able to fire only once or twice before running out of ammo. Specialised anti-tank rounds (APCR, APDS) are usually a bit more common, but even in this case, don't fire a 57mm APDS round on a Sd Kfz 222 (especially if you know there are large felines on the hunt - pun intended ).
