Status: offline 		Not sure if this is a bug, but this is what happens:

My recon has low or no planes



I think the air settings are correct



And there are plenty of planes in the pool



My version is 1.09.00 beta

Status: offline 		Turn on grouping by type and check whether you have enough recon planes. Recon groups can only switch to other recon planes. SB-2 is quite numerous at start of war, but there is no production. The only produced planes are Pe-2R and U-2 Rcn (short range). USSR has tiny recon plane production, thus can't use recon groups as aggresively as the Germans. So there is no reason to build many recon groups as well.
