https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_10_version_history yes sorry some aren't beta versions, just older versions that have been surpassed by later fixed versions, preview versions aren't supported same as beta ones (slow ring , fast rings ones etc) the most stable and CB current branch are the ones which are the most stable and best to have installed. looking at error logs provided, if you have issues with a given game, there are reasons, while most think it's game related, most of the time it's driver or user error, with what apps are pre loaded at start up the conflict with the game and stop it from running, Problem signature: P1: Command.exe Problem signature: P1: SkyrimLauncher.exe Problem signature: P1: unspecified P2: HardeningTelemetry P3: HardeningTelemetryDisableAV the more error's in a given log, the more in looks like something else is conflicting with a given pc, so hardware / software conflict or one of the most common ones, user error. 1, How to get a DxDiag report file: 1. Click on "START" (on Windows 8 press “Windows key” and the “R” key at the same time) 2. Click "run" (skip this step on Windows 8 ) 3. Type in "dxdiag" and click "OK" 4. Check through the tabs and perform all tests 5. Click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice We prefer that DxDiag files be posted as message attachments (zip) rather than pasted into the body of the post. 2/ add the exe of the game to your Anti Virus and firewall program, to make sure check the logs of these to see if it was one if any of them was to blame. 3/ That usually means a 3rd party program, like an Internet security programs, is or could be interfering with the game or update installation. 4/ run the game from a admin account and use full admin permissions. 5/ please make sure all game pre requisite are installed with the game, even if you think or fully know there are already installed, it will only over write, and it may be that you have a older or newer version of these where as the game in question may need a certain version. 6/ please make sure you are running the latest game version and O/S if windows 10 and have up to date drivers installed on your pc, 7/ If you have the original version. So you'll need to update it from the Internet. Please note that you'll only need the last update, as the updates are comprehensive. (not needed with steam) things to try to get a given game, not just this one from working, correctly run as admin on the install, run as admin on playing, run from a admin account, not a users account on a shared works pc, as you won't have full privileges and permissions and the game could or will fail. add the game exe processors to your anti virus and firewall, running as admin on install does this, unless you use a really poor security setup, which then you have to add manually, see 2 & 3 above. if all else fails, try selective start up or safe mode, which by default disables almost all startup and background programs and apps you have installed, and gives you a basic setup and clean start for you to try a given game, this way you can see what is or could be conflicting a given game from working. if 1000 games+ and more are sold and only a selective number of people have a given issues with a install or running, it's normally a given factor that stops them from running the game or app or program, 99% of the time it's either driver or permissions either from either antivirus or firewalls or combo's of both. looking at 2 & 3 above sorts these out, as if you've checked yours and it's empty, your log files, it wasn't that so then move on to try selective start up or safe mode with a clean start up and see what else is stopping it.
