How can one change the color of a country's unit counters? I refer to the background color of a unit's counter, when using the NATO symbols option.

For example, I'd like to trade Russia's light-gray with Austria-Hungary's red. So, Russia would then be red, and Austria-Hungary would be light-gray. (I know this would leave Russia and Turkey looking awfully similar. I also have other changes in mind.)
