Hi there,
I am running CMANO v1.11 from Steam on an ASUS laptop with Windows 10, Geforce GTX980M and 32 Gb ram but having issues with the UI when moving my mouse over the Unit Status Panel on the upper right area.
Information text, links and buttons are corrrupt and not accessible as they cant be seen as they are 'moving around' with extreme font size. The additional lower panels are however working fine.
I dont use Nahimic nor Raptr as mentioned in other threads.

Does anyone know how to fix the issue?

Could you update to the very latest service release and post a screenshot of the behaviour? Thanks!

Also on Steam sp3 and I just had to stop playing due to various screen corruptions. The window for cmano suddenly went from full screen to off the screen. Was necessary to drag the window title bar to the left a lot in order to get the corner controls back, and choose full screen again. Meanwhile all the sidebar fonts went haywire and it became almost impossible to check out speed, weapons, etc. If it still does it after Steam gets sr4 I will post a screenshot

edit - ran steam cache file check and found 5 files needed renewing. Screen corruption much improved

Have you updated? What was the outcome?

Have you tried setting to 100% DPI?

Let us know we want to help.

Thanks!

Mike

Long time lurker. I ejoy this brilliant game for more than a year now. Thanks devs for the outstanding supportI had the same issue resulting in a crash. For me it was solved once I did the 100% DPI thing. I first noticed it with SP2 and was not solved with SP3 - I have not tried SP4 yet. I have a Dell Inspiron 7000 with a GeForce 960M. I suspect the issue may be with the GeForce.

Ok. Vid card updated? You've deleted your Command.ini file? Tried 100% DPI? Is there a DPI that does work?

Mike

I suppose we're doomed to 100% DPI. Hard on eyes.

I am able to run on 125% and 150% at 1920 x 1080. I think it is a matter of high res monitors and settings as much as the DPI settings.

So...bismark

Your comment comes across as kind of dickish. How about helping people trying to help. Your post, stuck in the middle of another thread isn't very specific. Provides 0 value and just stops a help thread in the middle of its tracks. So are you having the issue or did you just decide to randomly pop in and put up a non-helpful post.

How about providing the following:

Video card
scaling
monitor resolution and aspect
Font sizing
Maybe a screen shot so we can see what is going on
etc.

I mean come on...look at your post and tell me its a little hard to figure out what you're asking or if you are even serious.

From a programming side, you could check that control versus some of the others and see what about it is different. If you guys are like us and use a number of 3rd party control tools, some of those don't play nice with win10 or it is a matter of a setting for the control/form that is different from the others.

From a player side, checking out the dpi or for win10 that somewhat well hidden font scale slider to see if that changes anything.

Thanks guys

As I have posted in two other posts on screen issues:

Could you go to the Options menu and enable Detailed Debug Logging. And then restart the game? When the game crashes, close it, and send us the Exceptions log file from the \Command\Logs directory.

Thanks!

We're digging into this!

Have added a few more codelines that I hope should fix this. Also added more logging in case it hasn't.

Please download v1.11 SR5 as soon as it is available, and try again. If it still happens, please enable Debug Logging and send the log over asap. The additional logging may be able to help us pin down the problem, or at least let us know where to start looking.

Thanks again!
