Ok, so no answers whatsoever about the stacking of land and support units... So I guess my greatest concern about the game is for real: it's a one unit stacking, right? so a V-1 unit ( a bunch of ramps and a bunch of guys to operate them) will prevent a 250.000 men army to deploy there (or anything else, for all that matters)? More seriously, how can we handle Malta? If you garrison Malta, it's useless, because you can't stack planes or ships there. If you deploy planes, then can't defend them... or place ships... (in Commander The Great War, which is also handicapped by the same design simplification, the ships deploy at sea in an hex adjacent to the port, so at least you can have both in a port) There is such a difference in every possible aspect between the various units that the one-unit stacking really cripples the credibility of the simulation... I mentioned the V-1's. I saw in the video that German paratroopers in 1940 occupy TWO hexes! It's basically one division: they would have all fit in a couple of barracks and a couple of airstrips. Then, there's the artillery, which will have to lob its shells from a crazy distance and occupy valuable deployment space... Also, I don't see how this could work in a Pacific expansion, which should be great if the game is successful... Anyway, I hope I'm wrong...
