Hello boys & girls, only 3 days now until the Great South Run. If you could find some shekels, spondoolies or klebbies down the back of the sofa to help matelots and pongoes who need an extra bit of help that would great! Thank you

Ta, the money is being split 50/50 between the Army benevolent Fund and the Royal Navy Benevolent Trust
