I don't see why the campaign couldn't have started with the torch to Tunisia setup.All that would have been
needed to be done was have the amp.task forces start at british port's.
Just a thought.

We can't model the naval battles in med, North Sea, Atlantic etc with the abstracted/simplified system in use now.
That's an important part we'd have to leave out.
