So, let me explain the question. I never buy games at release any more as they are rarely complete from a stability, bug or game play perspective. The release now, fix later logic of modern publishing means I wait 6-12 months before buying, and with a couple of publishers in particular (not you guys!), I usually wait until the second expansion. Yeah, been burnt too many times, and too old to play substandard stuff - got better things to do! Having said that, this game seems like it has been in development for ever, and seems surprisingly mature at release from what I can tell. So, is it a feature-complete, bug-free (or near enough) game, or should I wait for a few months?

Status: offline 		100%. It is perfect and is the best beta test I've ever experienced. The game is polished to perfection.

Status: offline 		Full disclosure: I'm a beta tester, so I have 150+ hours already.

The game only crashed a few times for me during early closed beta.
All those issues have been fixed. I haven't had any crashes since then.
Just take a look at the Tech support forum. Hardly any topics there also.

About feature completeness: a refresh of a small part of the UI is still in development,
but the old solution(rightclick menu) is still working fine. There are some topics about it on the forum.
And PBEM is still being tested. Hotseat is working fine.
Besides that the game is feature complete imho.
Of course we've had a million idea's during beta that the developers could still implement at a later time.
But knowing Hubert and Bill those will eventually get done also.
Just look at where we came from compared to the first release of SC2.

Status: offline 		I was a beta tester as well and as far as I can see the game is complete and works very well. It looks great and is bug free as far as I've experienced in all my playtesting. You'll love it!

Status: offline 		This one isn't thrown out there to be finished later. It was ready five months ago when beta started. Obviously, the more people that are playing it, the higher the chance that some issue will be found. But you won't get burned if you get this one now.

Status: offline 		Rock solid. They weren't in a hurry to release this and it shows - that is not a criticism at all, quite the opposite. I stuck my oar in, rashly, regrettably and quite unfairly, some months back about lack of info over AI control of allies (and I apologise unreservedly to all, especially Hubert and Bill - I was so ashamed about what I said that I didn't go back to the topic after I vomited my nonsense all over that thread) - that is in and it works like a charm, it's even better than I thought because you can still move allied units if you want/need to - amazing!

You will rarely pay as complete a game as this.

This game has been in development for a very long time. And it received a very long test phase (I was part of this, too).
It comes from a developer who does EVERYTHING to please his customers, and he has never let them down.

If you want to play the game, there is no need to wait. The game is ready and waiting for your.

There are some minor UI buttons and the PBEM mode missing, both will follow via patch (free of costs).
But they are not missing (the UI buttons), as they are only optional buttons, the game functions are all included in the game (via traditional right mouse click menu).

Status: offline 		It runs with Win10, DX12, and I don't have to disable the RX 480 card like I do with SC WW1: Breakthrough.

Status: offline 		Great game. So far no bugs! On thing is, I thought that air units would displace when approached by a land unit? But I may be mistaken?

We don't have a replay mode for Hotseat turns, though end of turn reports can be reviewed by pressing L.

Zooming out to spot any new enemy offensives/naval activity might be wise too, as that should help to show you anything not mentioned in the reports that won't generally be within viewing range of your units in the front line.
