Hello,
I've tried to attach a a save game (zip size 5.7MB is too large to attach to forum) where the USSR received very few MPPS every turn before Germany declared war. The USSR also never received any troops as stated in the messages. Without troops, there is no way to defend USSR under these conditions so I must abandon this game.

Hopefully the save game will identify the issue. Please provide info on how to upload or where to send it.

PS. The Narvik mission also never fired after I accepted it. I took it myself by landing a Corps and the Special Forces unit myself. Took over six months to do that. Wish I had not, but if the mission had fired, I probably would have been successful.

Thanks,
Malor

Hi

Thanks for the file and good luck in your next game.

For the Narvik mission, did the Special Forces units deploy in Scotland but didn't leave Scotland when you said yes to the Decision?

Bill

Thanks again for the fix. I played one more turn with it, but since Germany is at the gates of Leningrad and deep in USSR territory, better to just start again. I'd rather play a "true" game to learn, than start off with a huge disadvantage because of the Capital issue and loss of MPP that resulted. That is not a real game so no reason to suffer through it.

For the Narvik mission, that is what happened. They returned to Finland and were placed in Inverness. I accepted the Narvik DE, but the unit never moved. I was watching for it because I had moved naval units to support the mission. That is why in another post I was asking for reports to confirm if I chose correctly for that DE. If I hit the wrong button, I would live with the mistake, but otherwise, I wanted to report a possible defect.

A nice text reporting indicating the DE history for your side and any enemy DE that you would be aware of would be great to have. I'm with others in their threads requesting that there needs to be more info/reports/history available to the player beyond a quick popup each turn. We've recreating history and need a history of our game to follow.

Thanks.
Malor
