I want to mod the partisans because i think they spawn too strong for what they are supposed to represent. I have found the partisan scripts but cannot see what controls the strength points they deploy at. Is that something that can be controlled?

What is your goal, mate? Would you like to have the partisans appear less often on the map? Deploy the partisans with a lesser strength? Or even reduce the maximum strength permanently? The latter is not set in the script but in the unit section of the editor...

I would rather see them deploy at lower strengths

The strength of a unit can only be set in the unit script. In the partisan script this command line is missing, as far as I know.

Well bother. Maybe I will just reduce spawn points. I sorta wanted more spawn points but less "strength" per spawn.

Well, it looks like they are capped at 8 in the Editor, so you could make the cap lower. Don't know if that would get your desired result.
