Here is an interesting one. When I center Athens, Greece on the map, then hit 'P' to bring up the partisans, I get:
Failed(draw_unit_layer_to_buffer): Segmentation violation

I can go to other areas of the map and hit 'P', and it works normally.
I can repeat this at will, as long as Athens is near the middle of the map.
It isn't just the one save file, the autosave is at a different point, at the beginning of the turn, and it also will cause the crash.

Ugh, I can't make a zip file small enough to upload on this.

If you want, I can send you both of the saved games.
