Just started a 42 campaign game as Allies, but - as the title says - there's not a single CV in the Royal Navy's OOB.

Why?

It was an oversight that will be addressed, though the Formidable will arrive in October 1942 at Gibraltar.

No wonder I am simply unable to win, playing as Allies - I'm being sabotaged!

Well then, I'll try the 43' campaign...
