What's the state of the game ??

When it comes out some complains it's boring. I would like if it's always the case ??
Idon't want the DLCs for the moment.

It's a good deal ??

This one needs some more time in the oven. Feels like the skeleton of what might one day be a great game, but very lacking at the moment.
