CV and movement on unit counters wrong.

Status: offline 		Been playing game awhile now and yesterday in game around turn 60 all the unit counters showed the wrong numerical value for the movement. Example I have a unit with say 16 CV and 40 movement will show as 16 CV and 23 movement. Once I have moved the counter and it has 0 MP, it will show a random number but not 0 and when the CV is down to 0 it then shows a random number there also. SO when a counter should be showing 0-0 it will show something like 5-9. You do not seem to get a 0 to register once the counter reach 0 so it drops a random number in the place of 0. This makes it very difficult to find units you have not moved, as all the units will now always show numbers none with a 0 so none appear moved even though they all could have been moved.

I cleared save file and restarted computer and game and when I started a new game the issue appeared on the first turn of a new game.
