I'm using Build 870.4. Save File attached.

1. Open Save File and Switch to China Side
2. There is a Chinese ship group labeled TF Tianan to SW of the Taiwan Strait. It is currently on a Sea Control Patrol Mission, with Ignore Plotted Course = No. Each of the ships in the group has been manually set to Ignore Plotted Course = No (just because I was having trouble described next).
3. In about 1 minute of play, TF Tianan is going to be assigned via Lua Script to a new Sea Control Patrol Mission. The new mission is also set up with Ignore Plotted Course = No, but with Surface Weapons now Free instead of on hold, and radars on.
4. Immediately after TF Tianan is assigned to the new mission, the Group Status has changed to Ignore Plotted Course = Yes, and the Individual Ship Status has changed to Ignore Plotted Course = Yes, even though the new Patrol Assignment remains as Ignore Plotted Course = No.

Why is the Ignore Plotted Course status changing? How can I keep Ignore Plotted Course = No? China is the Computer-Only side in this scenario.

Thanks for any help on this.

Update:

For my particular scenario I bypassed assigning TF Tainan to a new mission, and just used Lua Script to change Doctrine Settings for the existing mission at the proper time instead. This preserves all the Ignore Plotted Course = No settings for the Group and individual units.

But, as per my previous post, there still seems to be something amiss with assigning units to a new mission and having the Ignore Plotted Course settings get messed up. I'll leave it up to the Dev's to decide whether something is wrong or it's even worth looking into.
