Status: offline 		Twice in games I've directed YES for the German aircraft carrier to be built, but it doesn't happen. Anyone else experience this?

It should arrive at the start of 1942, has that date been passed and it's not arrived?

If so, please check that your resources are at the strength you would expect, e.g. Berlin at 12 (assuming it's not being attacked), other German cities at 10.

If your resources are at low strength then please send me a save turn, preferably zipped, to bill.runacre@furysoftware.com

Status: offline 		Hi Bill, you're right, eventually it did arrive. What threw me off is there was no 20 MPP per turn penalty listed during the turn summaries.

Status: offline 		That's odd, as after you say yes it should deduct 25 MPPs a turn for 8 turns, with the description being Naval Plan Z.
