Okay dumb question - I turned on fog of war so that I could figure out this game. So does my computer AI also have zero fog of war, because he decimated my Uboat fleet. I thought for some reason that the computer AI would still have fog of war but I would not. Confirmation?

If you can see everything, your computer opponent can also "see" everything.

If you turned fog of war on, as you say, then both sides would have fog of war, if you turned it off then both sides would be able to see all units. U-boats are not really viable without fog of war.

You can just turn it back on again before you end your turn and the ai will be blind.
