Hi I created a new unit using the OoB editor and made it 100 points. Yet, when I open up the game to see the new unit, the points show up as 61 points and two of them together in a section add up to only 90 points. Am I missing a setting here?

What experience did the unit's country have? With "true troop cost" on the experience modifies the units cost.

AHHHH....thank you, thank you...I was ABOUT to go crazy...LOL. I am trying to add German units to the Czech OoB and I want to keep the rarity option which appears to be intergrated with the true troop quality and I am getting confused. I dont want to spoil the quality of the troops on a per-nationality level but yet I want the points to reflect what I set them at. If I set it to true troop cost, Historic ratings ON and keep the rarity ON will I wipe out all the nifty stuff like crappy SO infantry and good GE infantry?
