Save File Attached. Open Save and switch to China side. About 180nm West of Kanoya, Japan some Chinese planes are on a land strike mission. The strike groups have 2 J-20 AAW escorts. The J-20's keep trying to engage a Hawkeye to the North of the strike groups, and keep missing by a large margin. The Hawkeye has a fairly large uncertainty area, but the J-20 escorts have been set to "Pessimistic" engagement of ambiguous air targets. If you switch to Gods Eye view you can see where the Hawkeye really is located, and that the J-20's are pretty far off the mark in shooting at it. Keep the game running and they will keep trying to attack the Hawkeye. I believe this issue first arose in SR7 Build 914. Prior to SR7 release, the J-20's were much more conservative and accurate in their AAW attacks. Is this WAD, or do I have some setting wrong somewhere? I have tried reducing WRA distance for the PL-15's, but that just makes the J-20's move in closer before missing the Hawkeye. Eventually, if I set the PL-15's to some ridiculously small value, they will realize where the Hawkeye really is, but then the usefulness of the PL-15 is greatly diminished. I also played with the escort intercept distance at which the J-20's would go after a target, but that seems like the wrong approach also. Thanks!
