When a ship is assigned to an ASuW or Sea Control mission, the ship's heading constantly changes/oscillates.

Savegame file attached. Ship is HMS Portland.

And sorry about this extra upload step, we need these saves for debugging purposes. we can't stop just because matrix forums uploads are not working :)
