ORIGINAL: Cap Mandrake I looked at oil production. The main laggard seems to be Miri which got the Saddam Hussein treatment during capture. Repair is "ON" but perhaps needs supply or something? Hai! Need 1,000 units of suppry to repair one point disabred production. Must have >10,000 suppry in hex to repair anything. So, effectivery need 11,000 units of suppry to even think about repairing one point production. No, 10,999 wont-ah work-ey. Jeez...that is a lot of supply. Oil production at Miri was literally flattened. The refinery is 100% intact. So it will take 150K of supply to fully repair Miri oil fields. We have kept the refinery going by bringing oil from Brunei. We are also having to ship oil to Port Arthur to keep that refinery going. We sort of figured out that Honshu needed more oil. Measures taken to get it there. Quite a lot of fuel at Singers and Takao. It also appears we don't have the HI to support all of our Engine and Aircraft production. Should we turn off some of the less critical air production? CM-san not have to ship oirh from Brunei to Miri -it-ah migrate one hex just fine. Miri not trashed, start with 150 oirh points to repair to simurate new oirh fierd deveropment. Japan supreme high mucky-muck must-ah decide if oil important enough to use so much suppry when payback period rikery cut short by spreading Arried coroniarh stain.
