Hi,

I'm running under steam on an MSI GT73VR laptop. I've noticed a new issue I hadn't seen before. When I load a scenario, if I hover over the screen on the right, the buttons/options disappear
and are replaced with lines or gray boxes. I don't have this issue on my desktop. I have not installed the deskop version yet, only steam, so I can't verify if it happens under both.
I've attached a screen image to demonstrate the UI problem. It only seems to occur in radio boxes and other UI areas, not the main game screen.

It's kind of hard to describe effectively. It seems to only happen when I hover over the right interface area, and also occurs immediately when I get the dialog box to "start scenario"
(that turns into a bunch of pink vertical lines). The whole right side of the UI becomes unusable after hovering it over with the mouse.
