Status: offline 		The regional decision "appoint generals" is played in the Off-Map Regional area. I play the decision, and the icon appears in the country box confirming I have played the decision, but no generals appear in the next turn in my capitol. Why is this? The next turn the icon in the regional off-map box is gone and there are no generals in my capitol. What am I doing wrong, or is there a time delay in getting the new generals?
