PEGASUS BRIDGE
BENOUVILLE, June 6, 1944, FRANCE
History: Operation "Overlord" called for the British 2nd Army to
land upon the beaches of Normandy north of Caen. As part of the
massive assault, the entire British 6th Airborne Division was to
land by glider and parachute behind German lines before the
invasion forces hit the beaches, forming a lodgement between the
Caen Canal and the River Dives to defend the left flank. Of
critical importance were two bridges that crossed the Orne and
the canal between Benouville and Ranville. To take these, a
special group drawn from the 6th Air-Landing Brigade was
organized. In a coup-de-main, Major John Howard and a reinforced
company of the 2nd Oxford & Bucks would come down near the Caen
Canal bridge at Benouville, there to seize and hold it until
relieved by commandos. At 0015 hours, the tow planes released
the gliders, and the "Red Devils" began the liberation of Western Europe.

if using JSGME

it works if you put scenarios like in picture attached

Hello from a guy that grew up in Friendswood. One question. What should the files look like without JSGME? I have tried putting the map everywhere, changing from 8bit to 24 and still can not get the correct map to load? Thanks for your help!

This is currently the question at $ 1 million
Either you go through the editor and you attach the bmp file to the map file via an mpp file (are you still here?)
Either you install JSGME.
Amen.

Yikes Not using JSGME. And not sure how to attach the bmp file to the map. Ughhhhh!

to find the path you use in red and tomorrow I search:

Yes Sir the magic file and example. I had to paste your files into the original zipped West Late mod file first and then unzipped them into my original West Late folder. Thus replacing all the files along with the 3 Pegasus Bridge files in the proper location. Now it works!!!!! Yeah!!!

I liked the GUDERIAN BREAK THROUGH SEDAN scenario. The challenge to finally get a win as the Germans on the last turn with the last couple of die rolls is wonderful and tense at the same time. Very well done!!!!!
