F-15C vs F-15E in air to air combat. Who is the best?

Hi guys, a really simple question: in CMANO who is the better air to air combat aircraft, the F-15 Eagle or the F-15E strike Eagle? (I know that strike eagle is really good in air to ground missions, but i'm interested in air to air combat now).

the difference is marginal at best, save perhaps in WVR where the F-15C will have a slight T/W advantage due to the fuel tank additions to the E.

most of the changes to the strike eagle are probably just avionics, that and the physical changes necessary to mount A-G stuff (which it wouldn't be carrying in A-A anyway)

the greatest difference is probably going to be pilot training, where i would expect the F-15C to have a reasonable advantage due to the training concentrating on air intercept, vs. the mud hen pilot's interdiction role.

slight edge to the C, but that doesn't mean the E cannot win, especially in BVR where it's slight weight disadvantage does not matter as much.

Agility ratings are the same as are radar capabilities, weapons etc. The difference is the F-15E may be bogged down with drag from air to ground loadouts etc.
