I've tried to re-install korsun pocket on my pc running Windows 8.1.The game installs but The Game menu 'Play Korsun Pocket' doesn't work.There is a drumbeat when I click 'Play Korsun Pocket'.I have installed the Patches.

try run as administrator by right clicking the desktop icon

I've tried 'Run As Administrator' but the game won't run from 'Play Korsun Pocket'Game Menu.

Open the game installation folder, find a file named "Korsun.exe" and run it.

I'm trying to run the cd on Windows 8.1.Which of the 'Applications' do I Run as Administrator and Troubleshoot Compatibility? Autorun,Korsun,Setup.I've tried double clicking 'Play Korsun Pocket on the Game Menu but nothing happens.Do I use Windows XP service pack 3 or Vista Service pack 2?

just patch it to the latest version before running it, worked for me on win 10 without any settings altered other than what's shown
