I think I stumbled over another thread mentioning this, but I can't find it anymore.

The current situation is, that no EW ground radar in North Korea is emitting detectable emissions. The only radar shown as emitting is the one most far west near the coast at the Chinese border. I killed that one with HARMs from a flight of two F-16.
Two other F-16, also loaded with anti-radiation equipment, are approaching the eastern coast.
While there is not a single EW ground radar emitting (checked all contact reports)the enemy obviously has a radar coverage as there are numerous North Korean fighters directly inbound my F-16. Those enemy fighters are equipped with pretty short ranged FCRs and stuff (which are detected correctly), so they must have gotten the intercept vectors from some ground station.

Several ground radars light up in a microbursting manner every few seconds or so. Still their contact reports don't show any recent emissions. Therefore no ARM attack can take place.
Korean missile crises features numerous blue forces already equipped with HARMs. At the current state they aren't of any use.

The ground based EW-radars can be taken out with TLAM-C instead. HARMs would not only be the appropriate tool to take them out, they probably are also at least slightly cheaper than a TLAM.

It is also confusing that the single radar I took out first is detectable. It is always this one, with every scenario start. All others bear the described problem right from the beginning.

Running v1.11SR7/906.26 on steam, I have no sensor being able to detect those North Korean radars.
The AN/ASQ-213 can't pickup any of the EW radars.

I concur with Rongor, the HARM's present in the Korean Missile Crisis scenario can basically only lock onto fire control radars as the search radars do not stay up long enough for a lock on. Even bearing only launches don't really work in this scenario and this is indeed quite annoying.

If it's any help, I initially brought this up and discussed it with Ragnar.

I attempted to test the situation outside of the scenario, using the same equipment, and everything worked fine.

The problem appears to be associated with the numerous number of sides, and their relationship to others. So, it's more of a scenario issue, rather than a bug, per se. I then tested the situation WITHIN the scenario by stripping away ALL of the different sides other than NK and the US. Everything worked fine. So, I have to believe that the scenario itself is responsible for how the emissions are displayed, and subsequently what can be shot at anything.
