Does anybody receive this error message FAILED(reinforce_unit_dialog:setup_dialog):? It happens when a unit is being upgraded and it results in a complete game crash.

Can you send me the saved turn in question and a short description on how to repeat the error?

The saved game files can be found here if playing against the AI:

C:\Users\<username>\Documents\My Games\Strategic Command WWII - War In Europe\Save

Once again, I can't play the game. After downloading v. 1.03, game freezes when I right click any unit or right after I place a new unit
