Is there a specific thread / forum that we should post a request in to get units added to the game?

I was trying to add boats to some Type 45s, 23s and the new QE carriers, and I noticed that not only does the "Pacific 24" RHIB (or the new Passenger Transfer Boats, but I can understand those not being in there) not exist in the database, but the ships themselves don't have boat facilities.

Go up to the Mods and Scenarios tab. Under it there is a pinned section called "Thread for DB3000 problems, updates or issues".
Please note that the developers want some sort of documentation backing up your "request". I see that most people post links to articles or discussions to back their requests.

I would have simply copied a link for you but for some reason I am unable post links.
