The one one the website for download is actually smaller than the one in the game (at least for CWDB). Which one is the most up to date?

One on site is extra. So it adds, not subtracting.

Just like the reason the extra pics aren't in the game. Copyright laws. But users can use copyrighted material and "share" with the community. They are just providing the link, and the the storage space....but its not "their" product.

Even text, is "intellectual property"....I'm sure Wikipedia would call their attorneys if they found someone blatantly using their product and 'charging' for it. They're so broke, always asking for money anyways....it would be quite a short trial.

Indeed.

Command developers could not add Wikipedia (etc.) stuff into commercial product.
