Status: offline 		As far as I can tell Tomcat 84's two refueling tutorials are the same except the first one has the number 001 after it.

Is there a difference between the two and if not why include both copies?

Status: offline 		The scenario with 001 is old, sorry about that. Use the scenario without the 001.
