I built a scenario using the most up to date chains of war and cold war databases and I found I cannot load or unload cargo from any of the aircraft I tried including: An-12, Mi-24, Il-76 and C-130H. I have attached the scenario so you can try it yourself. If I spawn one of the aircraft mid-air, set it's load out to be troopers/cargo/paratroops the edit cargo screen shows all red and "This unit is unable to host cargo." The cargo ships/landers in the mission have none of these issues.

I built the same style scenario in the modern database and had no issues other than the "unload cargo" button manually being a bit tricky.

Just want to update that I'm at Build 936.17, and CWDB still can't load cargo.
