Stop planning your own surrender and get the turn over here.

The Thrilla in Manilla and the Rumble in the Jungle may be yet to come - but no one there will ever forget the Hurlin in Berlin.

Look, I know that it takes time and all to plan for your surrender...but send over the turn you bastards. or we'll have to send a shock army to fetch it.

Just getting the last communique translated to German - you say "We are bastards, our armies are in shock, we plan our surrender, come and fetch us."

We will!

Turn end file in dropbox.

When I pressed the end of turn button I did hear that very distinct sound of Soviet planes supplying partisans?

A message to Shonyu, Sardaukar and EwaldvonKleist. You now each have the undivided attention of an Axis commander.

Be very afraid.

Being pursued by copyright lawyers, angry Finns and your arch nemesis I thought you would be treading carefully?

Also members of the U2 aircraft appreciation society are after you.

Having nearly the whole world as an enemy clears the mind considerably. You don't need to think anymore who to fight and who to ally with.
The copyright lawyers are a real problem though.

I'd be more worried about the U2 aircraft appreciation society - they are real nutters!

Axis turn end save in dropbox - still in version 1.10beta although I expect the steam upgrade to 1.11beta will come soon.

When I pressed the end turn button I did hear the sound effect of Soviet planes resupplying partisans for yet another turn?

Muahaha, your silly invasion is no match for our ...fully resupplied... partisans.

Oh and I can hear another noise too. It is a kind of tutting. And there is some whispering too. Oh yes it is coming from EwaldvonKleist and Sardaukar saying "well we did not break no house rules."

I think the irony of those house rules so lovingly crafted by Panzerjaeger Hortlund being first broken by Panzerjaeger Hortlund is too delicious. I expect there will be a punishment of being teased forever more on it.

Was Pavlov just executed in turn 6? Actually it sounds like Stalin is slackening.

Not really.

I have family in Spain and the folk memory of what he did in the Spanish civil war and the Pavlov of the Western front seem like different people.

He did also learn completely the wrong lesson about armoured warfare from Spain - and he can be blamed for that. But not a shooting offence of course.

For your information: One motorized unit of army group south has been cut off. It will be destroyed come next turn.

The wall of steel at Leningrad will never be broken! We lost contact to our southern front commander (we all hope he wasn't assassinated by traitors), so in an act of self sacrifice, I had to command both the northern and southern front. Flying from Leningrad to Charkov with my U2 was a real pain. But Hortlund doesn't give me a shiny new Pe 8, no idea why. Maybe because I push for more micromanagement and more airforce commitement all the time?

Looks like they have taken the bait!

thedude357 - no matter how much they struggle on the hook show no mercy, keep reeling them in!

The screenshot below from our game shows our Rumanian air force commanders flying up to Leningrad in their IAR80 to take command of operations there. They never complain! Who asked the Rumanians to go there nobody knows? I guess the AI chooses them to show that "it" considers the southern Axis no move line for it to be "guidance only".

How did you do this? Is it actually possible to move axis allies airbases over the no move line? I did not know until now that the Romanian army even has maps of the area to find the airbase.

I get a "thanks", only a "thanks"? Just wait, I will teach you to say "oh no" or "we are all lost" instead.
