Hi

Does anyone know if it makes any difference to put your subs in silent mode if you have FOW turned off?
I am playing with FOW off in my first game to better learn how stuff works.

Hi Moose99,

Unfortunately no as the AI or your opponent can see the Sub with FoW off, so it has no effect as it is a FoW feature/helper only.

That makes sense - would be cheating the AI if not :-)
I will turn FOW on as soon as I feel comfortable.
