Just recently purchased CMANO and tried to create a formup mission and then went to move the planes to an attack mission and I'm not able to find a way to do this. Some of the tutorials that have been written imply that this may be doable, but no examples.

Any help on this one? Is this how people play or is there a better way to form up aircraft before a strike?

Thanks

Once I create a strike mission, I launch it.

Sometimes I'll create a patrol mission somewhere when I have large packages of aircraft arriving from multiple airbases that I want all to arrive together, then move them off that mission to their main mission.

So it sounds like it can be done - but how exactly do you do it? I don't see any option to move planes. All you can do is unassign them?

select the units then unit orders menu ---> assign to mission (at the bottom) choose the mission then click it.

Cik - thanks - so you have to select them from the map and then assign them to another mission - there doesn't appear to be a way to do this directly from the mission editor - right?

you can use the ME to unassign them from their current mission and then they will show up in the unassigned aircraft window as group # XX that can then be reassigned. it's a headache though.
