Looks like Mutsu or Nagato, unless it is one of the never-built ships like Tosa (destroyed in the Tokyo earthquake IIR).

If it is a 1/200 scale ship, it might be the Trumpeter USS Arizona converted to the Pennsylvania.

USS Arizona (BB-39). It was the only one with all turret tops painted red. Pennsylvania had 2 white and 1 blue.

I know the US was replacing the cage masts with tripod masts at the time of Pearl Harbor, but I thought the Arizona still had the cage mast.
