There is a seriois flaw in the torch scenario that makes it impossible to end the scenario,

If you play on the easiest level all enemy ships start at strength level 6. However in the torch scenario you must damage at least 15 points of battleships. But eith only 2 enemy battleships in the scenario(6+6 points = 12) you cant reach that number thus never win the scenario.

This must be changed immediately.

I added this issue to a thread in the Slitherine OOB Tech Support forum about this kind of thing.

EDIT: Actually, I found out that you are wrong. They provide for this possibility on Easy setting by spawning a third battleship. You need to search for it. See my third post in that other thread.
