Mandarake-san serious about oir in Honshu. Not-ah bring any in except from Sakharin and Hokkaido. Obviousry, not-ah enough refineries on home isrands. What-ah best thing?

Buird up refinery in Borneo?

Just keep oir around as reserve?

Arr of refineries seem to be working at furr production.

Mandrake-san needs to keep oir in Honshu. Bring in fuer and oir from new members of Greater East Asia co-Prosperity Sphere. No-ah expand refineries on home isrands. Soon enough Japans-mens oir surprus won't be a probrem (Good joss!). Japans-mens wirr have different-ah 'probrem' with oir and refineries not-ah work (Bad joss!).

No-ah buird refinery on Miri or Brunei. Furry repair oir production there? HAI! It-ah not worth suppry to repair damaged production from capture. Prease to takey oir and fuer from there to Hong Kong or home isrands.

What-ah Parembang refinery, oir and fuer status now? Maybe worth it to repair damaged refinery here, depends. Arways worth it to repair damaged oir production.

What-ah Java status for oir production and refinery / fuer production? Sometimes worth it to expand HI on Java to use excess fuer if refineries are number one production status.

Rebuild any oil you can keep producing for 90 days if it provides supply when refining. If it doesn't build supply when refining, you need to look at your fuel levels and let that help you decide to rebuild it or not depending upon how long you can keep the oil flowing.

You want lots of fuel on the HI, I have had over 3 million and it is only a 251 day reserve for the HI let alone ships sipping from it, plus bombing damage eventually.

Sumatra oir and refinery in pretty good shape. Onry about 3% damage to Parembang oir production.

Magwe 2/3rd brow up from f****** B-17's. This-ah faurt of Mandarake-san. Covah for Admirarh Sprior-san and Mandarake-san say, "Hey Japan-mens can easiry capture Magwe for Emperor!" This work but Arrie-dogs waiting with Rancasters and B-17's. DOH!

48 oir production damage at Soerabaja

If-ah Mandarake-san understand, idea is accumurate oir reserves in safe praces just in case Arried-dogs buird 17 Essex crass carriers and invent Corsair and P-51 and start browing up oir fierds?.

Hai! That not-ah evah happen of course. That sirry tark.

But, just in case...move oir to refineries crose to 'home' is best. Make-ah sure rocar refineries have oir to convert to fuer. But excess needs go someprace safe. Oir not-ah 'spoir' rike fuer. Prus, refinery + oir= fuer and suppry. Arr good joss in Honshu as war goes on.

Good joss re: Parembang! Take good care of it, hai?
