In The Battle for Tunisia although my ports are fully repaired and sea interdiction levels varies
from neutral to Axis control, i get almost no supplies.
Also it seems that none of depots in Sicily and Italy is sending supplies to Africa (no blue lines connecting depots).
What am I missing?

Can you attach a save file or email one to 2by3@2by3games.com. I assume you have your port depot priorities set (4 being highest priority to receive freight).

Hi Joel, I had Tunis and Gabes on priority 4, Bizerte and Sfax on 3, but the supplies started coming in from Sicily only on turn 6, before was just a trickle.
I am sending you turn 5 and 6 separately because the system won't let me do it here.

Thanks for the saves. I took a look and found you had a port on Corsica and one at the tip of Italy at priority 4. The Corsica port in particular received most of the freight. You have a limited amount of ships so you can't supply everywhere. I reduced those 2 ports to priority 2, and North African ports received lots of freight. Let me know if it doesn't work for you.

Yes, thank you, that definitely increased the supplies to North Africa, I completely forgot about those ports in Corsica and south of Italy.

is there a way to graphically see the flow of supplies from the national supply center to the final railheads? I know i can see where units draw supply from, but can the connecting lines be shaded to represent volume?

Unfortunately not all shipments are shown with lines, as every unit and depot only shows one line coming to it. I understand the desire to see the info visually, but I'm not sure we can provide it. The info is in the logistics report of all the shipments if you want to bury into the details.
