Status: offline 		I already bought this game sometime ago, changed computer but all I can see
are the patch downloads, which do not recognize my serial number anyway.

Status: offline 		either you have taken over another space, so try to manually type it in, or contact support and give them your user name and email address from when you bought the game and serial number than they will advice you more, the more info you can give them, the quicker there response will be
