One of the patch notes for .68 stated that:
" Units that are considered �in supply� but are in hexes that are considered isolated should not be getting combat penalties, nor should leaders suffer admin roll penalties. These units should also not be shown with red outlines on the map. Fixed. "

I've noticed in one of my server games under .68 that one of my units that is isolated but definitely in supply (it is sitting on a depot) is both being shown with a red outline & is suffering a reduction of CV (see image below for the unit in question). I don't think this is working as designed?

This unit is isolated. It can draw some items from the depot, but due to the amphib HQs offshore it is isolated and should suffer penalties.
