This is a very busy season for Matrix Games, unfortunately we don't have the date for CSME 2.0 release yet. Once we do, we'll post it here. Sorry.

Yes, that is Update.exe Matrix games come with, requesting a link to Matrix servers to retrieve the latest update.

I KNEW that TrueUpdate thing was bad news
