I clicked on "Edit Fonts" in the Player Options screen and the game froze. DxDiag attached.

your DPI is fine, and no game releated errors in the logs, as it was blank

so unless a dev can suggest another game releated log file, can't say what to suggest, other than delete the ini and let the game make a new one of load etc

unless you made a backup first and can replace?
