I'm looking to buy a film about Stalingrad and noticed there are a lot of options!

Has anybody got any suggestions as to which is the best?

Best thing to do is read the Books that used to came in PC-GAMES

The best is the one that has never been shooted.

Sergio Leone (The Good, The Bad and The Ugly), planned to shoot a film on Stalingrad but never reached production.

Is one of the great missing war-films as the one Kubrick planned on Napoleon.

+1 I agree! There´s a remake but it sucks!

A good book, "The Battle of Stalingrad" by William Craig.

Thanks to all of you for the advice, I'll give Joseph Vilsmaier's film a shot.
