it has been mentioned that atm it's not going to be on steam, but who knows what the future will bring, if bought on site and at a later date it goes on steam, all member who first bought here will automatically also get a steam key anyway, same as any non steam release game which gets released afterwards.

so no dates atm, does this answer your question?
