I read the pdf manual and There is a word advanced rules.
How can I adapt a advanced rule in the game?

It's an all or nothing proposition. You either use all of the advanced rules or none of them.

You set it by clicking 'Play' on the menu bar at the top of the window. Then 'Game Options' where you find 'Advanced Rules' and can turn it on or off.
