Just wondering when the hard copy of the game and manual will be shipped out as I purchased mine day one and still have not revived an email on when to expect delivery. I do have the digital version of course but looking forward to getting my hands on the manual.

Status: offline 		Will it be possible for those of who initially bought the download edition to purchase the manual and accompaniments as a later, separate purchase? I don't need the CD (my current rig doesn't even have a drive for one). But I do really want the manual for my bookshelf and for reference when I have a silly question like the one I just asked on the forum.
