7th Independent army unfreezing

Hi! I am playing server game with newest beta and was wondering when on Soviet turn 3 report shows that 7th independent army (those guys in Ladoga Karelia) was unfrozen. This was 1 turn BEFORE Finnish assaults and interestingly they all got 0 MP. They're still unfrozen as I am e.g. able to disband FZ there (26th FR). Is this intended?

It also seems that I am able to rail divisions to that area. If I rail divisions there, will they have more than 0 MP's on turn 4?

If you rail divisions there yes, they will move normallly, altough Inhave never tried that. No point on keeping the finnish lands. They are worthless.

It is not about land. I have a valid reason for trying something up there, but can't comment it here in public. :)

Units moved by the Soviets to the Finish Border area will be frozen like the rest of the Soviet units. They will become unfrozen when the Finish attacks. Hope this helps.

Thank you, this helped.

I asked this as I had one really good Soviet division frozen on Finnish border and by bringing a couple divisions more there I prevented surrounding the quality division so it can retreat in good order to either Leningrad or j�nisj�rvi. Without reinforcements it would have been surrounded easily.
